The Estate Chardonnay from Palliser is comprised of fruit from their eponymous Palliser Vineyard, and their organic vineyard, Om Santi. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, it is fermented wild in French oak before spending 10 months in barrel. The winery describes the wine as 'creamy and rich… with subtle French oak enveloping an array of juicy stonefruit flavours.
